About the Authors:
Colette Baron-Reid is a bestselling author, internationally acclaimed Oracle expert, spiritual intuitive, personal transformation thought leader, educator, speaker and host of “INSIDE THE WOONIVERSE”, a weekly podcast series that uncovers personal tales of spiritual awakening and transformation.
Author of 14 best-selling Oracle card decks with over 30 years of experience on global stages, television, radio and film, Colette’s greatest joy is teaching people they can have a direct and personal dialog with the Universe to support them make their best lives.
Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., has trained as a psychologist and medical anthropologist, and has studied the healing practices of the Amazonian and the Andean shamans for more than 25 years. While an adjunct professor at San Francisco State University, he founded the Biological Self-Regulation Laboratory to study how the brain creates psychosomatic health and disease. Convinced that the mind could make health, he left his laboratory and traveled to the Amazon to work with the medicine men and women of the rain forest and learn their healing methods and mythology.
Dr. Villoldo directs The 4 Winds Society, where he trains individuals in the U.S. and Europe in the practice of shamanic energy medicine. He is the founder of the Light Body School, which has campuses in Fresh York, California, and Germany. He also directs the Center for Energy Medicine in Chile, where he investigates and practices the neuroscience of enlightenment. Dr. Villoldo has written numerous best-selling books, including Shaman, Healer, Sage; The 4 Insights; Courageous Dreaming; and Power Up Your Brain.
Marcela Lobos has been initiated in the healing and spiritual traditions of the Amazon and the Andes. She was born and raised in Chile, where she leads expeditions, working with women shamans who belong to a matriarchal society that still holds the wisdom and passion of Mother Earth. She is senior staff member at the 4 Winds Society and is married to its founder, Alberto Villoldo. Together they travel throughout the United States and Europe, teaching the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel. They founded Los Cuatro Caminos in South America to share the same wisdom in Spanish. Marcela is passionate about taking women through rites of passage that let them to find their power, grace, and wisdom.
